3. Stuck

   I can't set up e-mail, and it is now stuck on the power screen when you turn it on. Help please. Other than that it is a good product. I reset it and everything but it is still stuck on the power screen and I tried calling the customer service number but it says wrong number.

   I'm sorry to hear it.
   You can solve it by re-installing the OS.
   Pls download the OS into a micro sd card from our website, and unzip the file. Then plug the card into the tablet, start it, the OS will be installed automatically. And your problem will be solved.

6. Skype

   I purchased this device locally in Cambodia. Once testing, it is working good for such the device. Now, am inquiring your support of installing Skype... Would the device is able to install Skype and use it? Look forward to hearing your assistance as well as fro your Tech Support team?

   The tablet supporst Skype. But you can not use voice and video calls, because the android 2.2 OS and VIA 8650 do not support it.

   I am interested in buying this for my 10 year old..Does it come with WIFI, or will a home device work> Can you download apps, take pictures, email, play games?? Do I need any kind of service to buy?

8. Could not setup mail (Gmail) on the device

   I've recently purchased the device. There were pros and cons as per our group discussed. Anyway, I have a problem that I could not setup any mail even gmail account. It was stuck at outgoing setup (have tried port 587, 465 for SMTP as per Gmail guidance), but did not work still. Appreciate your technical advise on how to setup Gmail as well as other account. My device is using Andriod 2.2 with Kernel v. 2.6.32.9 and build no.: 1.3.1).

10. Doesnt support Flash 10.3 probably

    It doesn't support Flash content probably. Can you please let me know? No where on the description of the product it mentions about Flash 10.1 or 10.3 version support, so I am beliving so.
